Shorewest, REALTORS® Ranked Top 10 in United States for Core Real Estate Services

Shorewest one of three brokerages on RealTrends nationwide list to offer all five core real estate services

BROOKFIELD, WIS. 一 Shorewest, REALTORS® recently ranked number seven on a list of nationwide real estate brokerages for core services transactions completed in the past year by RealTrends. These rankings are based on the number of mortgage, title insurance, home warranty, escrow, and property and casualty insurance transactions completed in 2022. These services, though key to the buying and selling process, are not all offered by many brokerages listed; Shorewest was one of three that does provide the full range of services.

The RealTrends 500 list ranks some of the largest nationwide brokerages by various criteria, including overall volume and growth. Shorewest was one of only two Wisconsin brokerages on the core services list, and the only one in the top 25.
