Entering the second quarter of the year, we are in the midst of a very active, tight inventory spring market. Home sales in Southeastern Wisconsin are up 3.9% and prices are rising as well. However the seasonally adjusted 4.4 months supply of homes for sale is down from the low 5.5 month of March 2016 and is causing a pent up demand among buyers.
