Have You Met the New Twitter?

Twitter has announced it is enhancing the site with a new web interface. The site is slowly rolling out the new version with a “preview.” A selected amount of registered users have already seen changes to their profiles and site. Twitter plans to continue to make changes for users during the “preview” over the next few weeks, according to their blog.

Changes users will see include a site redesign, multimedia incorporated into the Tweet feeds and mini profiles when you click on a username. You will be able to switch from the new version to the old version of the site during the “preview.” Twitter is hoping the “preview” will help the transition. Users will eventually be converted to the new version of Twitter.
