We spent a considerable amount of time and energy cleaning and moving items from our home in anticipation of relocating in the spring. Janice, however, pushed the right buttons to assure that the house was ready for sale. With her counseling we dramatically improved the electrical, floors, and masonry (among other items), and enlisted a staging firm to showcase a beautiful home that drew a considerable amount of attention to the many potential buyers that were attracted to the polished and functional elements of the property. Our broker is responsible for it being sold in one day and at a price well above the listed value!
