Judy Mixis is a Broker Associate with Shorewest realtors & has been a full-time Professional Realtor  in Rhinelander for 25 years.  She has a Marketing Degree & is the Top Sales Agent & Top Listing Agent at the Rhinelander Office.  She has the following Realtor Designations-Graduate Realtor Institute, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Resort & Second Home Properties Specialist, & Price Strategy Advisor.  She has served as a Board Member with the YMCA of the Northwoods, The Rhinelander Athletic Booster Club, & Ministry St Mary’s Hospital.  She currently volunteers with Meals on Wheels and Hospice.  She is happily married for 37 years with two adult sons and two beautiful grandsons.  She was proudly raised on the Kaiser Dairy Farm in Loyal WI and has a passion to work hard and sing a song while doing so.  Her expertise in the Northern WI area has grown over the years along with her passion to grow her business while helping others.  She has built strong relationships with the community and past clients.  Judy is enthusiastic, hardworking, and ready to assist you with all your real estate needs.
