Ashley is simply the best. I can not say enough good things to describe my brothers and my experience working with her. Ashley helped us sell our late father's house. She looked at the house and was helpful, encouraging and sensitive to our bittersweet task of selling the family house. She patiently waited for us, and when we were ready, she helped find wonderful organizations to help empty the house. She wisely helped us determine what upgrades were necessary and which would give us a better return and faster sale. She was right on every decision that was made. During the several months of getting the house ready, she never once pressured us or made us feel like we weren't going fast enough. When the house was ready, she had one open house and it sold in one day. I was astonished. Perhaps the most astonishing part was that the day after we signed the pre-closing papers, Ashley, 9 months pregnant, delivered her baby. Later that day she emailed us that she had had the baby, wanted to ask us a few more house questions for the new buyers! Ashley is a consummate professional, detail driven and thorough. My name is Ashley Reed, I was born and raised in the Milwaukee area and have stayed local throughout my life. Wisconsin is home to me and my family/friends and the people I get to meet along the way mean the world to me. Growing up with an older sister who has special needs, I learned from a young age how to be caring and compassionate. I attended Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education with an emphasis in History & Special Education. Throughout my time in school, I worked for several families in their homes as a nanny for the little ones, and for even more families as a caregiver for those who just needed an extra hand throughout Milwaukee County & the surrounding areas.
To say I care about others would be an understatement.
After earning my degree, I began to work at a local nonprofit organization and became the Supervisor of a local Adult Day Care Program for Adults with disabilities. Creating meaningful day to day activities, building relationships and teaching important life skills.
Where my creativity, compassion, and caring nature for others truly flourished I was given the opportunity to do many amazing things. I learned an unbelievable amount of life lessons which include that truly having compassion for others in life is key and being passionate about seeing the success and happiness in others is what makes me the most happy.
