Oksana did an outstanding job with all aspects of this process.Her expertise is looking for homes to view and getting us in to them quickly, even setting up showings so when the home hit the market we were in to see them that first day. Oksana made our home sale process easy and stress-free. Exactly what we needed while relocating a family out of state. I can't speak highly enough about her as our real estate agent. We had the fantastic opportunity of working with Oksana in the sale of our property. She was detailed in letting us know what to expect during the house selling process (meeting us in person and over zoom to go over documents in detail), and was proactive with reminders prior to house showings, seeing that commitments were completed at the appropriate time frames and that everything was set for a quick and easy closing (which was very much appreciated as there is so much to organize when relocating!) The DocuSign system made paperwork a breeze, and the Showtime app (along with the Marketing feedback reports) made our showings schedule a breeze, with great feedback so that we could make adjustments for selling the home. Oksana worked very late into the evening waiting for an offer to come in, and even helped when it came to the selling of some of our household items and vehicle! We highly recommend her as an agent!

My experience using Shorewest turned out very well. Oksana was a lot of help from the day we met. I ended up being the executor of an estate when my aunt passed on. The duplex was in our family since my Grandmother bought it in 1972. Once everything was removed from both apartments and the basement. The entire inside needed a lot of updating. Flooring, painting, windows etc. So it took a while to even get into condition to put on the market. Especially with primarily working on weekends. If I had any questions she was there with helpful answers having seen plenty of properties get sold. She kept me updated with the market and comparisons all the time. And when I finally got it to the point to get on the market, it didn't take long to get some buyers interested.
