Elisabeth Waffenschmidt

I have been in the business community for over 35 years. Starting with the rank and file, working my way up to management and ultimately ownership. I have experience as a real estate sales associate from the 80's. I owned my own mortgage financing company in the 90's.  I've also owned and managed for 18 years a 95 child, childcare facility with 25 teachers and staff. I have returned to real estate with much enthusiasm. I believe my life's experience has taught me how important communication and reliability is in working with clients.

I have also maintained my interest in real estate over the years. Having owned 6 homes, one in San Jose, California, one in Trumbull, Connecticut and 4 homes in Wisconsin, one of which was a new construction, which gives me personal knowledge on both sides of buying and selling real estate.
