Years of experience in the retail and customer service industry really emphasized the significance of human connection. During my time at Kendra Scott, the encouragement to provide elevated customer service eventually transformed into creating bonds. These bonds allowed me to serve customers with knowledge and skill to create an inviting, efficient, and meaningful interaction that left them with peace of mind.
