My husband and I met Kate through an open house when we were casually looking around the area for possible homes to turn into our forever home. While that house wasn't fit for us, we kept her in mind for when we inevitably started looking more seriously. We ended up cold calling her a few weeks later after we saw a listing online that spoke to us. She was able to get us into the house the next morning and we bought it on the spot. She was going on vacation to an area without much internet access, but she still prioritized getting the ball rolling while away. She was quick to communicate with us and was patient with us.
