Emmanuel "Manny" Martinez is a dedicated and hardworking man in both his personal and professional life. His passion for real estate started in high school when he found himself hooked on watching Trading Spaces after school. It was then when he decided on making his passion his profession. Manny was born in Waukegan and raised in Zion, IL. As the second oldest of 5 boys, it was realized early on how important family is. During his senior year of high school, he decided to move to Killeen Texas to be closer to his mother.
Upon graduating, Manny attended The University of Texas at San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas where he majored in Business Management with a minor in real estate development. In college, Manny met his wife and soon after graduating started a family. Manny worked with reputable companies USAA and Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) in mortgage lending as a loan officer and mortgage processor for 9 years. After living in San Antonio from 2005 - 2020 Manny and his wife decided to relocate to Kenosha Wisconsin to be closer to his family and siblings. Manny knew Kenosha would be a wonderful place to raise his 3 children and so far has enjoyed every minute of it! There's something very special about experiencing 4 seasons each year. Manny was wonderful to work with when searching for and purchasing our home.
