Mark did a super job in getting the house ready for showing. He went over and above in my eyes. The entire process went great, and closing was quick and painless.

As a first-time homebuyer, the entire process was intimidating right from the start. When beginning the search, what's in my price range? When listings come in, what should I be prioritizing? And when walking through a house, what should I be looking for? Mark helped me with these questions and immeasurably more while buying my house. He walked me through documents, answered questions promptly through text, and even called often to discuss things in a more personal way. And when we were in a house, he checked windows, tested light switches, and even ventured through boxes and cobwebs to see if the breaker box had a good setup. He truly was invaluable during the entire journey and I would not be in my house now if not for his knowledge and personability. I was incredibly lucky to have been put in contact with him because he truly was there every step of the way.
