Wendy was great!!! I called her for her opinion on sell our duplex. I had a person that I used to work with that was very interested in buying it at a much lower price. Wendy said that we should put it on the market and see where the prices come in. Long story short we got around $48000.00 more than his bid. She was very professional and walked us through the whole process. We will definitely be calling Wendy again when we sell our house next spring.
