Ann is very professional and knows her business well. However, she is very careful to make sure she does what her client wants. She tactfully tells you what she feels might be best to do, but leaves the decision up to you. Ann not only is excellent at handling all of your real estate issues and transactions, but she is intuitive and makes every effort to calm your nerves and fears as you travel down that scary road of buying/selling a home.
