Brittany and Zach were great to work with on our investment property! Both were very knowledgeable and were on hand to walk us through the process of finding and purchasing the property. A lot of realtors wash their hands of you after they make the sale; but The Schmidt Team still keeps in touch, sending mailings of happenings in the area, monthly household tasks and occasional cute gifts to go with the seasons! The icing on the cake in working with them was receiving an email with the tax filing documents we would need at the end of the year from our purchase (without asking them for it). It was a courtesy email letting us know they would be needed to file. Very impressive, you can tell they have a passion for what they are doing! Loved working with them!

We cannot say enough good things about Brittany and Zach. They were responsive, held our hands through the ENTIRE homebuying process, and made sure everything worked out in our best interest. Zach and Brittany were a great team to work with. I appreciated how transparent they were throughout the entire process. We were looking for a home for about 3 years. Zach and Brittany were very patient with us and were always transparent and willing to make sacrifices and work around our busy and hectic schedule. They truly had our best interests in mind and they wanted us to be in the best situations possible and were always upfront with their opinion and never hid anything. Our family discussed that while we didn't have the house, we had something better than a house - our honest golden realtors - how would find us the best house eventually and never gave up on us .
