John is an absolute gem: very kind, patient and knowledgeable about real estate but also architectural history of the local area. The amount of things we learned from him about our own city, as well as the prep work he put in before all of the showings we looked at (even last minute ones) was consistently impressive. He always showed up prepared and we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, even in this crazy market. By the time we found the right home, we felt like we had known him for years, like having a very nice uncle there to walk you through the home-hunting and buying process from start to finish. He clearly enjoys finding that perfect house for his clients. A special person, very knowledgeable, and could not be nicer.
