Nadine was very informed on all aspects of the housing market. She worked hard to make sure any of my questions got answered and wanted to make sure I got the house I wanted.

Nadine was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend her as a realtor for anyone looking to purchase a house. She was more than patient with all of the switches between looking at established homes, looking at lots, and finally, deciding to build. She was very prompt with finding information and documents for lots/building and also responded to texts and calls in a very timely manner. She also was as involved as we preferred, always offering to join for various walk throughs or meetings but made it clear that was optional. Very happy to have worked with Nadine.

Nadine has been absolutely amazing to work with. We've had a very complicated home sale and pending purchase and she has been exactly what we've needed her to be every step of the way. Being only our second home purchase and first time selling we don't have much to compare to, but if I were to describe what I expected for a realtor to provide, she has vastly exceeded those expectations. I doubt we'll ever sell our home (because she helped us get our dream home), but if we do, we won't work with anyone but Nadine.
