I have had the pleasure of working with Tom several times over the past few years. The first time we worked together, I had tried selling my house previously with another listing company/agent, and had no luck at all. Tom prepared all of the information necessary to come up with a comprehensive plan for the sale, and on the first day of the listing, we received multiple offers - one of which was well above the asking price! Tom has also helped me buy and sell a condo, and finally to purchase a home that I am absolutely in love with.
