I really couldn't of asked for more.. Steve and Debbie worked with my parents before.. This move was a little harder, as she was selling her home, and moving into a Senior Living Apartment..I was very luckey to work with Brandon, mostly, but had helpfrom each team member. They all went out of their way to help my Mom and myself...Thank you so much for making this time less stressful for us..

Steve and Debbie were great. This was a difficult and frustrating listing, I'm sure. But they were the voice of reason and logic that kept my husband and I calm. They kept us in the loop with every step of the process. We received reports after every open house. We received addendums in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond for us. They are a real team.

Post the acceptance of offer, we were introduced to Debbie, and it had been such a great experience working with her. Writing this should be easy; however I am struggling trying to find thee best words to describe working with Team Wiendenfeld. Personable, reasonable, knowledgeable, ethical and understanding all come to mind; however the biggest word that comes to my mind is comfortable. It's like having an extended part of your family walk through your front door with a plethora of knowledge and information they want to share with you in order for this to be as smooth of a process as ever. Steve, Debbie and Brandon have been amazing to us and our entire family. We have worked with Team Wiedenfeld twice now; once to purchase our forever home and this last time to sell my mother's home!
