After deciding early this spring to sell our home, we enlisted Alice Horton to be the realtor. Besides knowing Alice through church, book club and a woman's club, we had seen her name on Shorewest's signs in our neighborhood. Alice was excellent at keeping in communication with us throughout the whole process. She answered our questions and calmed us down when feeling frazzled. She said the house would sell quickly and she was correct. It sold the day after the first open house (first day gone live as well) and we had three full price offers. She put us in touch with estate sale people and expedited a pre closing so we didn't need to attend the actual closing if we so chose.
