This is the second property Bob has sold for me within the last couple of months. Same excellent service same great communication same extreme attention to detail. I don't worry when he's on the job he represents his clients extremely well and again took excellent care of me and followed up on all the details not just on our side but made sure the buyer was on track as well with the buyer broker. I always highly recommend Bob to any of my associates and Friends to sell any of their properties. He is to be commended and really goes beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that the deals go to closing. Never met any professional broker like this. He truly goes beyond the Call of Duty and spends extra time dealing with inspectors appraisers Etc making sure all the details are there for these people and smoothing out the rough road in a very professional patient and calm manner. I don't know how he does it to be honest he's just a great human being and a wonderful professional. Shorewest company is lucky to have him and very blessed to have him.
