Jeff was excellent. I am sure you know, but I am a first time home buyer. Jeff made sure to keep in contact and let me know that sometimes he might not contact me, but he is still working on my contract, and that he would update me when he did have more info. He was great at explaining the different ways we could make an offer, and how to make our offer better without increasing the price of our offer. After our offer was accepted, I thought it was awesome that he emailed me with a list of; what the next steps in the process are, what he will do next for me, what I need to do before and after closing. That one email was an excellent checklist for me. Everything was perfect, he was willing to cater to the needs of my disabled mother, and my inexperience. My mother had bought her home from my grandfather, and that is the only home she has ever owned, so my mother also was not experienced in buying a home with a realtor through the normal process.

Jeff did an excellent job helping me navigate the stressful process of being a first-time home buyer. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available for questions or any other help I needed during my house search. From house showings to submitting offers all the way through closing Jeff made the entire experience very easy and straightforward. Jeff did a great job for us. We were relocating from Florida to the Green Bay market and my wife and I weren't able to be together for any of the showings. When we first started looking, he actually showed some of the house to my in laws for us since we weren't in Wisconsin yet. After seeing a couple houses, he got a feel for what was a priority for us and suggested some houses to see and others we shouldn't waste on time on. He was out of state for a little bit while we were still looking but he had Tori fill in for him and he remained in contact with us and called us after every house she showed us. Tori was in the area of one house we wanted to see and did a FaceTime call with us. Both great people to work with
