She did everything in her power to find out any information we needed on quite a few properties before we found the right one. She was very easy to talk to and explained the details every step of the way. She was available for appointments pretty much any time we were abailable. Even while she was away on vacation, she had us set up with another Realtor to see properties, and she still answered questions when she could. I would use Jaylene again in a heartbeat.

Jaylene went above and beyond in her efforts to assist us in finding a new home. We lived in Washington state and we were unable to find a home the few times we visited but she graciously worked with our daughter, who lives in the area, and her boyfriend in showing them homes. Using FaceTime we were able to look at homes with all 3 of them, and it was with her willingness to make every effort to get into a showing, in many cases as soon as it was listed, that we were able to find a wonderful home. The home buying process is much different now than when we bought decades ago and Jaylene explained the process as it went along, answering our many questions and worked in our best interest when issues arose.
