Pete Tenderholt

Pete Tenderholt is a dedicated full-time realtor with Shorewest. Pete sells all areas of residential real estate, including lake homes, off water homes and vacant land properties. After a career as a builder of new homes in the Northwoods region, Pete moved into commercial projects and has spearheaded multiple commercial developments in Rhinelander and its surrounding areas, fostering partnerships with brokers in Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago for over 30 years. Pete collaborates closely with the City of Rhinelander and Oneida County regarding his real estate transactions. Pete is the founder of Northwoods Real Estate Specialists (NRS), a group within Shorewest.  In 2023 NRS had a combined sales total of over 22 million dollars.

Pete’s recent commercial transactions and development endeavors have involved prominent businesses such as Blaine’s Farm and Fleet, Jimmy John’s, Holiday Inn Express, Kwik Trip, Dockshop, Aqualand, Air Pro, Hiawatha Resort, Clearlake Inn, Beach Combers, and Lake Park Preserve. In addition to his professional commitments, Pete remains actively engaged in his community, serving on the Rhinelander Police and fire Commission and a Civil Service Member of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Department.

Outside of selling real estate, Pete enjoys hunting mule deer in Montana where he grew up and worked on numerous ranches and feed lots in the Terry Montana region.
