I have worked in customer service roles my entire working life. Whether it was retail sales or as an account manager for a large company I have always put my clients first and foremost to help understand the specific needs of each client. I have lived in Wisconsin most of my life and I'm proud to say that when I was living elsewhere people commented often that I "wasn't from around there" mainly because I have that sensibility that comes from being a Wisconsinite. I currently live in my hometown of Hartford but know the entire greater metropolitan Milwaukee area. In my spare time I enjoy riding my road bike, golfing, hanging out with my dog, and baking some of the world's BEST chocolate chip cookies.
