Karissa has called Green Bay, WI home for over 24 years. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business from UWGB in 2019 and has vast knowledge of the Green Bay area and market.
When Karissa walks into a room, she brightens it immediately with her positive energy and personality. Karissa’s friends and family describe her as a “ray of sunshine.” Her love of Real Estate first came from watching her "best friend" (her mother Sandy Kruse) fall in love with the career and excel above and beyond her expectations.
Karissa’s hobbies include spending time with her 3 nieces, grilling out with friends and family, and finding new recipes to try out in her kitchen. When she gets a day off, she loves to enjoy it outside at her family cabin.
