Working with Candace was a true pleasure. At every step of the way she responded to our questions and needs. We closed in record- breaking time and without any drama. She met our every need, saying several times, I work for you. Candace also helped to make our first days in the house welcoming and joyful as she checked in to make sure things were going well and to see If we had any remaining questions. For most of the purchase period we were working from out of state and closed in WI on a tight schedule that was also over the holidays. Even in this context, Candace went out of her way to meet our needs, stopping by the house to even intercept deliveries!

Candace is absolutely wonderful to work with. It's like having a friend on the 'inside' that is working for you. She really cares about her clients. I just sold my home and Candace made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. She really listened, and definitely has a passion for what she does and you can tell that she loves her job and the services she provides.
