Vincenzo made the entire home buying process simple for me as a first time homebuyer. He was available each time I reached out to him with questions and he always responded within minutes. He is very thorough and keeps you in the loop every step of the way!

We had a rental property that we weren't sure if we wanted to sell or not. We wanted to give Vin a chance to see whether or not he could sell it. We gave him a month to sell it and if it didn't,we'd have just kept it.We had a number that i thought i could get for it and he advised us that i was probably too low. Needless to say, he sold it within 3 days and got us way more than we thought we could get and even got more than asking price! It was a pleasure working with him and we'd highly recommend him to anyone. He's a young go-getter and we appreciated all his hard work. It was quite satisfying to see a younger man work as hard as he did!
