We met Joe when we saw a house he had listed that we were interested in. Unfortunately the house was being sold already. We stayed in contact with Joe as we looked at other locations that we might be interested in. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties and what we needed to look for as the condition of the property. He was willing to go anywhere we wanted to drive to show us a house we liked. He has an easy going and friend personality. He helped us to finally make the decision on the house we finally bought in Watertown. And we also gained a friend for life.
