Having bought and sold more than a dozen houses over the years - in both buyer and seller markets - I have worked or had experience with three times that many Realtors. Matt was truly exceptional to work with. The most important thing an experienced Realtor can do for you is to provide advice on pricing based on comparable sales and current market conditions (listen to them, they do this for a living), marketing your property, handle negotiating offers, and riding herd over the closing process to make sure contingencies are cleared and the deal gets closed on time. Each one of those may be more or less important than the others based on local market conditions.
