The home we ended up purchasing Deb was able to get us in to see the house within hours of it popping up on the market which gave us a great advantage as some of the first people seeing the place and being able to get our offer in early. We looked at countless homes through the time period we were looking to buy often multiple showings a week and Deb was more than on the ball and always willing and able to accommodate anything we needed. She always had information readily available for the homes we were looking at and was able to provide valuable insight on the homes and would point out details or items that an untrained eye would not. As first time home buyers Deb walked us through at the beginning what the process of purchasing looks like and provided us with a folder full of info to help understand the process and then was patient and quick to respond with any questions we had. Even upon closing Deb provided a binder with a bunch of relevant information on the home to help us organize information about the house going forward. Throughout the process from our first meeting through closing, Deb was extremely helpful and present and knowledgeable and as First Time buyers the insight she gave was really helpful.
