I don't know much about the average home buyer but I'm guessing we're not it. We looked at dozens of houses over our year plus journey. We'd set up showings after work, first thing on Saturday mornings, in the rain and snow, last minute, and back-to-back. We would cancel showings, add showings, and ask for second showings too. Even dragged my dad to a few. Through it all Kim was remarkably professional, patient, and nonjudgmental. She offered her opinion without being pushy and never made us feel like we were just a customer. We felt like Kim understood us and knew what we wanted. From our introductory phone call, to the late-night accepted offer, to the final moments at closing - Kim was always present and willing to help. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone entering the market. Shoutout to Elliot too, he's awesome.

Once we met, she gave me a ton of great info to help me feel empowered about the overall process. She continued working with us to very successfully sell our former home.
