Cathy and Gretchen were very energetic and determined on our behalf. We loved them-- they listened to what we wanted and were somehow both assertive and not pushy. They were able to support us at every step as we made the decision on our home. We couldn't have been happier with them.

Cathy and Gretchen are smart, energetic and worked extremely hard as our realtors. They did a great job once we agreed to a listing but the real work began when we received an offer while out of town and in a bad internet connection area. The buyer was from out of town and wanted an answer that evening. Through that evening and the next day, Cathy and Gretchen worked overtime to save the buyer and get the deal done. Cathy and Gretchen were phenomenal! In the most serendipitous of ways we came across THE HOUSE a week before our 5th child was due. They moved mountains to make sure all things were lined up and the process was seamless. Had it not been for them we would have missed out on the house of our dreams!

Cathy and Gretchen have been absolutely wonderful to work with. My mom moved to the area from her home in Florida, which she had lived in for 40 years.
