Susan was terrific. If you were to look up a challenging client in the dictionary you would find my photo. She took all my challenges in stride and kept positive. I would use Susan again.

She is a caring professional who will listen and communicate openly about any questions and concerns in the home buying process. She is effiecent in respecting timelines and willing to work late hours. I am happy that she was my realtor for my first home (condo) purchase.

Susan is the best. I could call or text her with questions when ever I had them. If she didn't have the answer, she would ask someone and get right back to me. Sometimes I would call her at the last moment wanting to see something and she would go out of her way to make it happen. Always cheerful and ready to help.

Susan was fantastic. We thought this was going to be a very straight-forward sale. The sale was much more complicated then we anticipated and Susan was on top of it all - forms, emails to the sellers, etc. She was very responsive if we had a question or concern. She made our first time home buying experience great!

Susan has been great to partner with as we sold and bought our new house. Our whole journey was amazing as we had solid communication and support from our real estate agent. What really left an impression on me was that she intends to stay in touch even after we signed the last set of papers.

She was able to tailor a home search to my needs and find properties coming for sale with a much greater relevance than the other Realtors I had been working with at the time. Not to mention she had these listings sent my way often a day before the other Realtors had been able to. This is critical in the hot housing market that I was competing in. Every step of the way she provided great council and advice. This was my first home purchase (last was an as-is foreclosure sale, bit different) and she coached me through every step of the way while keeping my best interests in mind. Not to mention her stellar response time and available at all hours of the day went above and beyond what was expected. I truly have nothing negative to say about this experience with Susan and Shorewest realty. I'm eager to dive in and make this new house a home! Thank you!

We began looking right at the start of the pandemic, when everything was shutdown and closed, but she made sure we were up to date and informed. Susan truly made a difference for us working hard day and night to get us into our home. We can't thank you enough!

Working with Sue was a positive experience. she was easy to get a long with & has a very positive can do attitude. In my case we had a property to sell which was an estate transaction. We were not able to fix it up for a top dollar sell & Sue understood this & helped us with our goal. We also had complications with our property due to a inspection report, we had many issues that needed to be addressed in a relatively short time period. Sue was instrumental in helping me work thru each issue which I would not have been able to do on my own. She found contractors for us & even fronted the money out of her own pocket since timing & distance were problematic for us in order to keep with the tight time line. She worked really hard on this project more so than many people would have done. There were so many small details that she took care of on her own with out being asked & also kept me in formed of what we did , were we were at currently & what needed to be done. She is a really honest forthcoming hard working person & also very personable that made everything comfortable even in very unpleasant situations that needed to be addressed. I could not recommend Sue more highly to sell or buy real-estate.
