Elizabeth was excellant to work with. She took time to explain things so I understood what was going on and what would be coming up. There were no surprises (except good ones). I like that I was never pressured. She also stepped up when I needed help as I was selling a home in Milwaulkee and I live in Oshkosh and could not be at the house all the time. This is the 2nd real estate transaction that Elizabeth has championed for us in less than a year. The first was to find us our 'Forever Home in Muskego while the 2nd was to sell our Starter Home of 36 years in Brookfield. We couldn't be happier with both. Regarding the current transaction. Because we knew better we felt we could sell our home without the help and benefit of a certified real estate professional. We believed that in this current market that if any one could sell a home on their own now would be the time. Boy were we wrong! Even though we had adequate traffic, the quality of the traffic was suspect. We listed it ourselves for over 3 months. Enter Elizabeth. After a short meeting (with Elizabeth?), she took it upon herself to stage the home, have some pictures taken and get the For Sale sign installed. Behind the scenes, she emailed, texted and reached out to all of the realtors within her network and really talked up the property amongst her peers. In other words, getting the 'buzz' started. I started to see appointment requests prior to even the official listing date. The Official Listing date started with an open house on a Saturday. Another Open House was even scheduled for the next day though not necessary. Our interested neighbors said that there were over 10 people waiting to see the home prior to the Saturday Open House. From what I understand, the people just kept coming. After the first day we received multiple offers. We accepted the full price cash offer with only the inspection contingency. Exactly what we were looking for. If you start with a plan, you usually get the results. Elizabeth continued to work for us right through the close. We couldn't be happier. It is obvious that a good real estate professional knows the law. What can't be taught is the difference between a good pro and a great pro. Enthusiasm, Drive and Likeability.
