Vicki did a real nice job working on a few family purchases. First my in-laws were interested in a condo in the Hartford area. Vicki did such a great job with that transaction I asked if she could keep my mom in mind as she would also be interested in the same complex. Only a few months later she told me of another property. Both could not be happier with their homes and service Vicki offered!

(I lived almost an hour away from my parents' home). Perhaps equally important is her willingness to be patient with us as we prepared my parents to move to an elderly living facility; Vicki established credibility and trust with my parents, while not trying to push the sale . When it came to showing the house, I could count on Vicki being there and being prepared. She updated me after each showing. When the offers came in, Vicki provided guidance and advice that I found informative and helpful, guiding me through a few rounds of negotiations. Vicki also assisted me in preparing for the closing - allowing me to avoid having to be at the closing in-person. Vicki was an absolute rockstar! She helped every step of the way from getting us mentally prepared for buying our home, to the offer process, to learning the subdivision zoning rules and allowances, and everything we could come up with! Every time we had a question she got us our answer in no time and was always happy to answer no matter how silly the question was.
