I am a husband, father of three, gym fanatic, and comic at heart. I began my career as a sales associate in 2003. Since then, I've had the honor of assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers either make a purchase, sell an existing home, or both. I love my job, and truly enjoy working with a wide variety of clients along with the dynamics of each transaction. I definitely consider my role to be real estate consulting rather than sales, and want to make the process fun and enjoyable, while keeping your best interests in mind.
For my sellers, I will advise you on preparing the home for sale (including staging services), along with providing an up to date market analysis, so that together we can determine the proper price position for the home to sell in the least amount of time with the highest value. I will diligently advocate for you when negotiating all offers, inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise along the way in an effort to arrive at a successful closing with the maximum proceeds in your pocket.
For my buyers, I take a no nonsense, no pressure sales approach. I focus on pointing out the pros and cons of each property pertaining to the location and condition. I pride myself on my extensive knowledge of a home’s fundamental components with respects to the roofing, mechanical, electric, and plumbing systems. At showings, I will be your first line of defense in pointing out general maintenance items, and/or potential repair/safety concerns. I will have your back through every step of the transaction and will diligently work to find you the best house for the best value.
Whether working for a buyer or seller, my job is to navigate you through the selling or buying process with the least amount of complications as possible. I believe constant communication is the key to a successful transaction. I am committed to addressing any questions/concerns, along with returning all calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
