Out of the blue i looked at a condo and called a generic Shorewest Realty phone number. Luckily for me, the person that called me back was Mary Ypma! I can't express how happy i was to work with Mary and how attentive she was at every point in the purchase of my condo! From the initial setting up of the viewing, to working with the seller to let me get back in to view the place various times, to the entire stressful process of buying property. Everything was prompt and professional and explained to me in full. She really made this a great experience and was on top of her game. I only hope that others can have such a positive experience! We had the pleasure of working with Mary on both and buy and sell transaction. She was thorough, thoughtful, down to earth and always available for our questions. She made both the home buying and selling processes as painless as possible. I would highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home.

Mary was awesome. We had some challenging situations with the buyer/agent. Had a closing of 9/30, buyer/agent weren't going to be able to make that happen so we moved closing to 10/20. Buyer/agent also ended up not making that happen either. She recommended re-listing it, I was a little reluctant since we had a buyer but with her experience she/we felt that this buyer/agent would never get it done. To top it off she was unable to get the buyers agent or even the lender to get her any information or updates. So with them missing deadlines and not giving us any feedback I took her recommendation to re-list it and had several additional offers within a week and ended up closing in 3 weeks. She always kept me in the loop with what was going on, even though she couldn't get ahold of them, but without her recommendation of re-listing it, it could still be on the market today. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home.
