We have worked with Barb in the past to sell several properties and she's been very helpful. This time, she helped us sell our house in Sussex in a very hot seller's market. She gave excellent suggestions for preparing our home for photos and showings, and guidance on how much to list for. We had 26 showings in one day, and 8 offers that night!! Barb was great as our representative and was very supportive. Thanks to her expertise in dealing with offers, we slept on deciding until the next morning. Good thing we did, because the next morning we got a very solid offer well over the highest bid from the previous night! We couldn't believe it! We accepted that new offer and ended up closing on it with a lot of cash left from the sale. Barb is a bulldog and that's exactly what we needed to get our house sold.
