Our Home Services Center (HSC) is your team of free, personal assistants ready to help with all your home-related needs. Some HSC benefits include:
- Lifetime of service – As soon as you begin working with a Shorewest sales associate, our services are at your disposal. From that initial contact and for as long as you are a Shorewest client, we're here for you.
- Free service – As a benefit of working with Shorewest, our assistance is completely complimentary. Let us do the legwork for you.
- Live help – From providing local community information to finding reputable service providers for future home projects, our experienced, in-house team of Home Services Coordinators will get the information you need. We're available 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Central time, Monday-Friday.
- Pre-Qualified providers – All the companies in our program go through extensive background checks and insurance verifications. Only reputable companies participate, and with our continuous quality control, they must maintain high standards to remain in the program.
- Customer satisfaction – The Home Services Coordinators (link to HSC request page) verify client satisfaction on a continual basis. Your input about our vendors and program is highly valued.
- Convenience – We make our service providers perform for you. You can sit back and have them vie for your business, knowing that you have complete control of choosing whom you work with.
- Spring/fall mailers – To keep you up-to-date, Shorewest will mail you a current list of service providers each spring and fall.
