LICENSING INFORMATION
The course we offer is the state approved real estate salesperson pre-licensing course. Once you complete the course and pass the state exam, you may apply for your Real Estate Salesperson License. The state of Wisconsin requires you to be at least 18 years of age to apply for your license. The Salesperson License enables you to work for any Brokerage firm in the state. If you are interested in working with Shorewest Realtors, you are welcome to interview with any of our sales directors. This can be done either before or after you sign up for classes.
CLASS INFORMATION
Shorewest classes run on an ongoing basis, which means you may start at anytime. There are a total of 24 classes that are each three hours in length, which you need to attend to complete the 72-hour course. These classes can be taken in any order. You may attend classes at our training center, 11622 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa in the morning, evening or both. Our morning classes meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to Noon and take 8 weeks to complete. Our evening classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. and take 12 weeks to finish. We also have an audio room where you may listen to live classes on audio CD’s. Students use the audio room to make-up classes they have missed or to speed up the course by combining their live classes with audio CD classes. The audio room is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
AUDIO AND INTERNET COURSES
Home Study programs are also available on audio CD’s and on the internet. These classes allow you to complete the course at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. The audio CD course requires a refundable deposit on the CD’s in addition to the tuition.
FEE & PAYMENT
The course fee of $395.00 includes your books and materials. Payment is due upon enrollment as all your materials are delivered at this time. After enrollment you may start attending classes at anytime.
ENROLLMENT
