The new shorewest.com will feature more than 240 unique community pages throughout our 11-county market area and is sure to be one of the biggest tools for house hunters and casual viewers alike. Colorful photos spotlight the uniqueness of each community while the informative copy and area links provide a glimpse of community life. Plus there are detailed links to schools, demographics of the area, market stats and local businesses. The comprehensive school information includes elementary, middle and high schools located in and near the community, as well as test results, the number of students and teacher-student ratios and so much more. Demographic information includes details about the population make up of each community, income and net worth, housing information and education.
Along with descriptions are easy-to-use property features. At the top of each page, you are able to navigate through featured community listings or perform a property search. A link at the bottom of each page allows customers to quickly see properties for sale in the community.
