Shorewest, Realtors® is Growing and Hiring New Sales Associates

Attend our Free Career Seminar — June 2, 10am

Looking for a new career? Consider selling residential real estate with Shorewest, Realtors®. A real estate agent is noted as being one of the best jobs in 2012, according to a recent U.S. News and World Report <http://money.usnews.com/money/careers/articles/2012/02/27/best-jobs-2012-real-estate-agent> article. That’s because this profession will see significant growth during the next 10 years.

“The real estate market is heating up in Wisconsin,” says Joseph A. Horning, president of Shorewest, REALTORS®. “Since the start of the year, we’ve seen a significant increase of people coming to shorewest.com on a daily basis compared with last year. Plus our open house attendance is up nearly 40%. We actually need more listings to satisfy our buyer interest.”

Horning says as the market improves, more professional sales associates are needed to provide the best personal attention to our customers.

People interested in becoming a real estate specialist need to take a real estate pre-licensing course and then an exam to get their license. Shorewest has a state-approved licensing school called the Shorewest Real Estate Institute. Classes are available through a live instructor, on-line, by audio cds or video.

Shorewest is having a Free Career Seminar on Saturday, June 2 at 10am in Brookfield. If you’d like to attend please email careers@shorewest.com or call 414/476-1231.
